Whenever possible we will correct any issues and minor problems on site. Often times, weird glitches can be attributed to minor menu adjustments or firmware updates. Sometimes problems require upgrading other supporting services like your internet equipment. Worst case scenario would be replacing failed equipment that is not repairable. Be sure to schedule a system tune up a few weeks before your party to account for any time needed for repairs or to replace components.
